Assistant Contract Manager. We are seeking motivated, results-oriented candidates to apply to join our progressive, dynamic team that may lead to other opportunities. Responsibilities: Strong field presence with administrative duties primarily covering an afternoon shift. Assist with overseeing all facets of operations for a prestigious Client in the Chicagoland area, including employee selection, quality assurance checks, scheduling, problem solving, site audits, checking alarms, training and inspecting Officers, and developing and maintaining a relationship with the Client. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, a self-starter with strong attention to detail, have good follow-through skills, able to meet deadlines, able to work independently and possess at least 3 years in security supervisory experience. Law Enforcement experience a plus, but not required. Ideal Candidate must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidate must also pass a required physical and drug screen and possess a clear driving record (no moving violations in the previous 3 years). Field Manager. Looking for the exceptional person who is ready to take charge and enjoys a variety of challenges. Perfect position for someone who has the desire to meet daily challenges and continue to grow with our company. Successful candidate will possess a mature demeanor and attitude, strong communication skills, both verbally and written. Must demonstrate strong customer service and public relation skills.
