Guardian identifies programs, methods and approaches to assist the institution towards achieving a safe and secure campus. We are charged with protecting life and property, preventing crime, controlling traffic/parking, providing general security services, responding to alarms, and investigating crimes.

Integral service functions include, but are not limited to, personal escorts, emergency crisis notifications, mobile and foot patrols, control center operations, shuttle bus services, and residence halls access control, including diligent I.D. verification.

Institution Security is not something that should be 'applied' to solve a particular problem. If it is…you’re doing it wrong. An institution security plan needs to be totally integrated into the daily routine of all staff so that it is not recognizable as a separate measure. Security and student safety is everyone’s job. With a little training and a lot of commitment even the toughest institutions can be transformed back into a once-safe education facility.

Also our Guardian Security Services management is knowledgeable of the Jeanne Clery Act and what information is required and the process involved. We at Guardian Security have a clear and concise understanding of the requirements set forth within this act. It is extremely important that statistical information is kept, recorded and reported in accordance with the requirements of the act.
