Guardian takes pride in its ability to respond to our client’s needs in the most expeditious time and manner possible. The Client Service Center, located at our corporate headquarters, is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a Guardian employee. The Client Services Representative (CSR) has access to each and every employee in our organization, including its principles. With our computerized systems, each CSR has access to each officer’s vital information as well as their schedule.
